Identify the failing boundary

Determine whether the browser sends a request, receives a response and renders the returned text. A successful command-line request with a fresh cookie jar does not reproduce every part of an existing browser session.

Run a simple chat calculation

Use a small supported request to distinguish a broad unsupported question from a transport failure. A completed stream contains delta, meta and done events.

Compare versions and identity

Hard-refresh after deployment, inspect the served asset names, and try New Chat before deleting cookies. A stale session identifier can fail while a new session works. Preserve recovery credentials before changing identity state.

Record evidence

Report the request URL, HTTP status, displayed error and whether the problem occurs in a new session. Do not publish cookies or recovery tokens. Inspect server logs using request identifiers rather than exposing private messages.
